ListSprint is a tool designed to help Etsy digital product sellers analyze competitor listings and generate optimized listing copy and product briefs. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
You are responsible for ensuring your use of ListSprint complies with Etsy's terms of service and any applicable laws.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
ListSprint offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. All payments are processed securely by Stripe.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access until then. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.
ListSprint uses AI to generate listing copy, keyword suggestions, and product briefs. This content is provided as a starting point and may require review and editing before use. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of AI-generated content.
You are solely responsible for reviewing and editing any content before publishing it to Etsy or elsewhere.
The ListSprint platform, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by ListSprint and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Content you generate using ListSprint — including listing copy and product briefs — belongs to you. We do not claim ownership over your outputs.
ListSprint is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of ListSprint after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
