Overview

ListSprint ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use ListSprint at listsprint.io and the ListSprint browser extension.

Information We Collect

Account information. When you create an account, we collect your email address and, if you sign in with Google, your Google profile name and email. We use this to authenticate you and manage your account.

Usage data. We store the sprint data you create — competitor listing information you import, keyword selections, generated listing copy, and product prompts — so you can access your sprint history. This data is associated with your account and stored securely in our database.

Payment information. If you upgrade to a paid plan, payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number or payment details on our servers.

Browser Extension

The ListSprint browser extension reads publicly visible information from Etsy listing pages that you actively navigate to. Specifically, when you click the extension icon on an Etsy listing page, it reads:

• The listing title, price, and shop name
• The listing description
• The listing category breadcrumb
• The number of reviews
• Image URLs displayed on the page

The extension does not:

• Send any data to ListSprint servers automatically
• Collect any data without you actively clicking the extension icon
• Store any data locally or remotely on its own
• Access pages other than Etsy listing pages (etsy.com/listing/*)
• Track your browsing history
• Collect any personal information about you

The extension copies the extracted listing data to your clipboard only when you explicitly click "Copy All for ListSprint." That data only reaches ListSprint's servers when you paste it into the ListSprint app and choose to run an analysis.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide and improve the ListSprint service
• Authenticate your account and manage your subscription
• Store your sprint history so you can access past work
• Send transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset)

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a managed database platform with industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit. We implement row-level security so your sprint data is only accessible to your account.

Third-Party Services

ListSprint uses the following third-party services:

• Supabase — database and authentication
• Anthropic — AI analysis (listing data is sent to Anthropic's API to generate analysis and copy)
• Stripe — payment processing
• Resend — transactional email delivery

Data Retention and Deletion

You can delete your account at any time from the Account page inside ListSprint. Deleting your account permanently removes all associated sprint data, keywords, and generated copy from our systems.

Children's Privacy

ListSprint is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page.
